This was a fun, patriotic dress for girls! Yes, God, country and horses, y'all!
The hem is unique in that it looks like bunting flags. It actually has a practical purpose: I want it to fit my daughter multiple years. When it gets short, I will pull out the thread gathering the hem and it will give me a few more inches.
